Refunds/Returns policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return it so us for a full refund. You must advise us in writing of your cancellation and any such cancellation must be signed by the person who made the original purchase.
Delivery policy
When you click to make a purchase with us legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our terms & conditions. You must not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree all our terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. Once we have received your order and either (1) your credit card transaction has been approved, or (2) we have received a copy (by fax or e-mail) of your direct deposit or EFT into our bank account, or (3) we have received your cheque by mail, your order will be shipped within two business days according to the shipping method you have indicated on your order, i.e. with normal mail using the South African Post Office, or our preferred courier service.
The rates for delivery by 10:30 on the next business day apply one for the main centres, i.e. Johannesburg, Pretoria, Pietermaritzburg, Durban, Cape Town, Port Elizabeth, East London, George, Kimberley. Deliveries to areas more than 50 km out of a main centre will incur a regional surcharge and will affect delivery times. In these cases, we will communicate the shipping rate to you before shipping your order
Payment Options
All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR). We accept credit card payments (MasterCard, VISA, AMEX, Diner's Club) via the website and on request will supply our banking details should you wish to make payment via EFT or Direct Deposit. You may also provide a company order number, which will be a binding commitment to payment of the amount of the purchase.
